Meet Matt

Fishing is his passion as Matt has fished recreational for over 20 years in Gulf of Mexico including Texas, Tampa, and the Keys, in Hawaii, Costa Rica, and Cabo.  He grew up fishing the oil rigs of Louisiana’s coast.

 Fishing drives him to develop innovative successful fishing techniques including the Fluids Caddy, the Freaky Flya lure, and the under chair Tackle Tray Hanger. 

Matt currently resides in Destin Florida where he also charters boats as a professional caption going on 15 years. Currently owns a 45′ Hatteras Convertible, but fished many boats including a 70′ Viking, 45′ Winter Custom, 35′ Cabo, 32′ Regulator, and many others.

When not fishing, Matt is a full-time yacht broker with the United Yacht Sales and recently designated as Certified Professional Yacht Brokers (CPYB). 

Member of the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), as well as American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC). I have been certified as product master of Viking Yachts, Tiara Yachts, Regulator Boats, and many other brands.
